Our shelter at 23 Elm Street has been rehabilitated and expanded (improved insulation, new windows, kitchen cupboards and fire prevention system) with the generous support of a RRAP Grant from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and a SCPI grant from the Government of Canada. We now have a private space for families with children |
Our transitional
house on Victoria Street, providing short term housing, has recently
been renovated.
We would like to acknowledge the support of the Greater
Kingston Community Foundation
for their funding of the cost of an
emergency fire exit to our home.
